Sameer has written thought leadership articles in various publications. In this age of networked Intelligence, Sameer has worked with customers to make maintenance organization more proactive. He has architected Enterprise Asset business solution for many enterprises and believes that ability of an organization to manage change is key to any project success.

Matthias Gentzik

Matthias is Berlin based Senior Manager in PwC’s Smart Manufacturing practice where he is responsible for multi-site end-to-end improvement projects that support field operations, maintenance and reliability, turnarounds and operational performance.

He holds German-French double-degree business school from ESCE, Paris & HWR, Berlin.

With 12 years of global experience in asset intense and rotating equipment industries

Matthias is focused on leveraging smart, digital manufacturing to enable end-to-end improvement. He has delivered significant process optimizations coming along with cost savings through organizational changes on shopfloor level within various countries and different legal requirements.

Khaled Al Shami

Senior Director, Solution Consulting, Infor

Khaled Alshami is a Solutions Consultant and SME with 17 years’ experience. His industry experience includes Construction, Facilities Operations & Maintenance. He also has in-depth knowledge of various domains (EAM, CMMS, MRO, SCM, WMS, TMS, WFM). He is a Project Management professional with hands-on experience in Planning, Scheduling, Cost Management, Budgeting, Resources Management, Material Management, and Procurement Management.
Khaled is a technology advocate who is passionate about the Internet of Things (IoT), Big Data, and Predictive Analytics to provide ROI, process improvement, and increased efficiency.

Shams Dabbagh

Technical Director, Environmental Infrastructure Division, Marubeni

Shams has more than 30 years of extensive and diversified experience in responsible positions in the engineering and contracting, operations and maintenance, and utility sectors. Recently Technical Director at Marubeni Environmental Infrastructure Division. Previous posts included General Manager Jubail Brothers and Lootah BC Gas, General Manager of Operations and Maintenance Oil & Gas at the Consolidated Contractors Group of Companies (CCC) and Board Director and Deputy General Manager of Wood Group – CCC Limited, General Manager Middle East – ACWA Emirates LLC – a wholly-owned subsidiary of CCC that specializes in Air, Water, and Wastewater Treatment and Project Director for several large EPC and O & M projects. Earlier worked at ACWA Services Ltd. – the UK as Commercial Director, Contracts Coordinator, Projects cost coordinator and as Site Engineer at the Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) – Kuwait.

Shams has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the California State University, Chico, USA.

Bas Beemsterboer

Product and Industry Strategy Director, Infor

Bas is the Product and Industry Strategy Director for Infor’s Enterprise Asset Management product, also known as Infor EAM. With 30 years of experience in this field, there is not an industry that he hasn’t been involved in from a sales or implementation perspective. Leveraging the versatility and configurability of the Infor EAM product has always been Bas’s passion, and the continued investment of Infor in this market-leading product as well as the surrounding technology make him a happy man professionally. In the little spare time that his work and family allow him, Bas plays guitar in a classic rock band.

Asset Performance Manager, Diam

Said Al Busaidi, Asset Performance Manager, Diam (public Authority of water). Said Al Busaidi is a Mechanical Engineer with 14 Years of maintenance experience. His industry experience includes maintenance of desalination plant, pumping station, transmission and distribution networks. He also has in-depth knowledge of Asset Management and Maintenance Strategy (PM, PdM, RCM and turnaround). He is an Asset performance professional with hands-on experience in Asset lifecycle management, Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, Risk Base Management, shutdown Management and Material Management.
